Gary A. Coad is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office and a member of the Intellectual Property practice. He focuses on patent litigation, including district court litigation and Section 337 investigations before the United States International Trade Commission.
Mr. Coad has experience with a wide array of technologies, including pharmaceuticals, pharmaceutical delivery systems and medical devices, organic electroluminescent devices and materials, wearable technologies, print management and cost recovery systems, semiconductor manufacturing and packaging, and touchscreen input systems.
Mr. Coad received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of New Hampshire School of Law, where he was a member of IDEA: The Intellectual Property Law Review and was recognized as a Franklin Pierce Intellectual Property Law Scholar. Mr. Coad graduated from Mercyhurst University in 2009 with a B.S. in Chemistry.
