Kathleen represents hedge fund operators, real estate and hotel owners, high net worth individuals and clients from numerous other industries in a variety of disputes. Her experience includes actions involving breach of contract and mismanagement claims against an international hospitality company, defending film producers in a right of publicity action and prosecuting breach of fiduciary duty claims on behalf of high net worth individuals.
As a result of her experience in complex disputes, Kathleen has developed a deep understanding of electronic discovery. She recognizes that e-discovery is a critical aspect of modern litigation where battles are often won and lost. Sensitive to the time and expense involved in this process, Kathleen strives to add value by critically evaluating opposing counsel’s e-discovery methodology. Her facility with electronically stored information (ESI) and the discovery process enables her to develop effective litigation strategies that save clients time and money by expediting ESI retrieval, review and production.
